The Founder's Problem

Past 12 people, your company outgrows the way you run it.

Once team grows, intuition stops scaling. Standups blur into status theater. Strategy lives in your head. Quarterly plans drift by week three. You can feel it slipping out of sync — not because the team is failing, but because the system can't scale past your attention. So you hire a consultant, buy a rigid platform, or keep patching Notion until it breaks again.

  • You're the only one who knows what should happen in the meeting.
  • Dashboards everyone built. Nobody checks.
  • Strategy on slides. Work in Slack. No bridge between them
  • The same problem, the fourth time this year
The Cadara System™

Four Pillars. One Operating System.

Cadara™ connects the four layers every growing team needs: direction, accountability, work, and sustainability.

01

Strategy

Where are we going?

Sets the vision, direction, and priorities the team works from.

02

Cadence

Where are we now?

Creates the rhythm for reviewing progress, spotting drift, and making decisions.

03

Execution

How do we get there?

Turns long-term objectives into short-term work with clear owners and visible progress.

04

Infrastructure

What keeps it running?

Houses the roles, docs, dashboards, and workspace that make the system repeatable.

Cadence

Five Beats. Two Rhythms.

PACE™ is the tactical rhythm: daily, weekly, monthly.
RISE™ is the strategic rhythm: quarterly and annual.
Every beat answers the same three questions: what happened, what matters now, what's next.

Daily

Daily PACE™

10 min

Yesterday · Today's top 2 · Blockers

Weekly

Weekly PACE™

90 min

Wins · KPIs · CURE™ on top 3 challenges · Sprint

Monthly

Monthly PACE™

≈ 2 hr

Milestone review · Cross-function alignment

Quarterly

Quarterly RISE™

Half-day

Targets · KPIs · Strategy refresh

Annual

Annual RISE™

Full day

S/MAP™ review · Goals for the next year

The Cadara Loop™ — every beat runs verify → prioritize → select. Accountability before planning, every time.
Methods

A Framework for Every Recurring Decision.

CURE™ Method

Resolve the Cause. Prevent the Recurrence.

A four-step way to stop fixing the same problem twice. The fourth step, Ensure, is the one most teams skip, and the one that compounds.

  1. C
    Clarify
State the real problem in one sentence. Get team agreement before proceeding.
  2. U
    Uncover
Find the root cause. Five Whys. Focus on fixing systems, not blaming people.
  3. R
    Resolve
Generate specific tasks with owners and due dates. Push them to Cadara Tasks.
  4. E
    Ensure
Prevent the problem from recurring. Archive only when resolution is confirmed.
The Cadara Loop™

Prioritize, Select, Verify.

The universal lifecycle every actionable item follows in Cadara™. Run in meeting order: verify last period's commitments first, then prioritize, then select.

The Template Trap

A Template Is Only as Good as the Framework Beneath It.

A Notion template is a structure. Without a methodology beneath it, the structure stays empty — and so does the workspace. Cadara gives you the operating method beneath it: the meetings, reviews, decisions, and habits that make the workspace useful every week.

Most Notion Templates

Empty Structure.

  • Pages without a meeting cadence
  • Databases without a method to use them
  • Dashboards opened twice, then never again
  • Decisions still living in one founder's head
The Cadara System

Methodology First. Template Second.

  • Multiple PACE™ & RISE™ rhythms that keeps the workspace alive
  • Built-in reviews for KPIs, priorities, and blockers
  • Unified dashboard for you to access all relevant information
  • Problem-solving methods that prevent recurrence

The last operating system template you'll buy.

Questions

Common Questions.

Do I need to know Notion to use Cadara?
If your team uses Notion already, you'll be running Weekly PACE™ in an afternoon. If not, the template is a reasonable on-ramp — Notion is free for small teams and the workspace assumes only basic familiarity.
What size team is this for?
2–50 person digital teams. Below 2 there's not enough cadence to maintain. Past 50, you'll want function-level instances of the system rather than a single shared workspace.
Is this a methodology or just a template?
Both. The template is the artefact — the methodology is the four pillars, the PACE™/RISE™ rhythms, the CURE Method™, and the Cadara Loop™. The template encodes the methodology so you can run it without re-deriving it.
How is this different from hiring an Implementer?
An Implementer charges $15,000–30,000 to install a system in your team's calendar. Cadara is the same kind of system, designed for installation by the founder or operator who's already there.
Can I customize the templates?
Yes. Cadara is built on Notion — you own the workspace and can adapt every database, view, and meeting page. The methodology is what you don't customize.
